How it all started

Byte Force One was founded by a team of three entrepreneurs, each bringing distinct expertise: recruitment, development, and finance. Each of us faced the same challenge in our respective fields — finding and keeping high-quality developers in a scaleable manner. We set out to build the remote supplier we would hire from ourselves. To do so, we have set exceptionally high recruitment standards.

Forthcoming from our own challenges regarding hiring software engineers our frustration grew with every year passing by. We really were convinced the solution wasn’t going to be patience. No partner we worked with really understood software development in ways that fitted our needs. So we set out on the adventure to create what was missing ourselves

Leading our technical team is a seasoned tech entrepreneur with extensive 15+ years experience in the tech industry. After the company he co-founded was sold, he held significant positions overseeing infrastructure and software development at a major e-commerce and financial institutions (like PayPal). This background equips us with valuable insights from startup and Enterprise level that benefit you as a client.
