Development Quickscan
Assessing your company's development needs and goals.
We like to kick off a partnership with a Development Quickscan, a process designed to deeply understand your technical landscape and business objectives. We are naturally very curious. We’d love to talk to your key stakeholders and if there’s a way in which we can instantly help you in the right direction, we will.

What are the most important results we are looking for? Are we building a new product, or improving an existing system? Are there specific timeline of budget restrictions to take into account?
2. Technical stack and landscape
What are your primary programming languages and frameworks? Which database and data storage solutions are used? How is the hosting or cloud setup? Is there any other relevant infrastructure we should know of? Are there areas of technical debt?
3. Development team and resources
What are the currently available resources? How many technicians work on the project, what is the level of seniority? Are there specific skill gaps that need to be addressed? Does your organization have experience in incorporating remote individuals or teams in your daily work? Also, how is work organised, agile or waterfall? Often somewhere in between.
4. Legacy and technical debt
Are there legacy systems that need maintenance or migration? What is the current strategy regarding the management of techical debt? How much technical debt is currently identified?
5. Security and compliance
Are there security concerns, dependencies or weaknesses, looking at the current IT landscape, or in specific applications? Are there industry or sector specific regulations to take into account? How strong is the organisation’s data protection and privacy policy
6. Maintenance and support
What are your preferences or expectencies in terms of continuous maintenance and support? Does your organisation have an existing DevOps or IT operations team?
7. Innovation and future readiness
